This documentary will be a collection of footage of Ethiopian American college students visiting orphanages, shelters, school systems, and other programs in Ethiopia that are making a difference. We will highlight the individuals in Ethiopia who appear to be victims of life due to lack of education, resources, or opportunities. At the same time, we will shed light on the overcoming individuals who have victories over those struggles. The third thing we will be focused on are the heroes in unlikely places. These are individuals who go through the same struggles that everyone else goes through within their community, but they have chosen to rise above those struggles and take care of others in their community.
